The Story Behind

The Shield Tote draws from the idea of contained volume. A surface carrying memory through time. Sparking the conversation on durability and sustainability.

The Craft

Developed in the YRMOS Atelier in London, the bag is constructed through a bonded upcycled suede–aluminium composite that balances suppleness with strength. Calf-leather handles and trims are applied by hand. The surface evolves into a foil-like patina unique to each piece.

The Shield Tote belongs to the YRMOS carry objects, functional forms designed to accompany daily movement with dignity. Neither seasonal nor ornamental, it is conceived as a long-term companion within the house collection.
