To make purchases on YRMOS you do not need to register; however, we suggest you subscribe to our updates to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

 

Waitlist for Out-of-Stock Items

You can sign up for our ‘notify me’ feature that’s available in the size section of the product page. As soon as your favourite style is back in stock, you will be sent an e-mail.

 

How to order

  1. From the item page, select the desired colour and size of the product

  2. Add the product to your Shopping Bag

  3. Once you have finished shopping, click the "Proceed to purchase" button in your Shopping Bag

  4. Enter your shipping address

  5. Select a shipping and a payment method

  6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Buy".

 

If you are paying with a credit card, before completing your purchase you may be asked for a secondary authentication in order for your payment to be authorised. In this case, you will need to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method, in accordance with the established procedures of the credit card provider.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with another confirmation email.

 

 

Pre-order

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.

We collect full payment for all items purchased on preorder at the time you place the order.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with another confirmation email.

 

 

Tracking your order

A tracking link will be sent with your confirmation email. If you did not receive this confirmation email, please contact maison@yrmos.com and we will be happy to help.

It is possible to check the order status at any time by entering the Order Number here at UPS or with the Shop App available on the Apple App Store and Android Store.

Once your order leaves our warehouse in England. For additional information about the status of your order, please contact us at maison@yrmos.com.

Returns

YRMOS accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of the item's ship date, provided that all original tags are attached. 

All returns must be processed through our Returns Portal:

  1. Create the return label with our Returns Portal. You can find your order number in the order confirmation.

  2. Print out your return label and stick it on the outside of the box, covering the original delivery label.

  3. Schedule a pick up, or you can drop off the box at your local post office or UPS pick-up point.

Once your returns is approved and processed a prepaid UPS Return label will be generated and provided to you.

Please do not use self-postage, as we cannot cover costs if the package gets lost.

YRMOS is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit that are not shipped through our international returns portal.

Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning.

You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our English warehouse.

Claims

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact maison@yrmos.com within 72 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number.

 

Exchanges

Online purchases are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your items.

All exchanges must be processed through our shipping and returns partner Return Prime:

  1. Create the return label with our Returns Portal. You can find your order number in the order confirmation.

  2. Print out your return label and stick it on the outside of the box, covering the original delivery label.

  3. Schedule a pick up, or you can drop off the box at your local post office or UPS pick-up point.

Once your exchange is approved and processed a prepaid UPS Return label will be generated and provided to you.

Refunds

You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund.

Once we issue your refund please allow 14 business days to appear on your bank account.

We do not offer credits or gift cards. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery information

 

UK Shipping

YRMOS offers Free Standard Shipping within the United Kingdom.

Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be delivered.

UPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our English warehouse. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Please note: Once you have placed an order, modifying your shipping address is no longer possible.

 

EU, US, Canada and Australia Shipping

YRMOS offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered.

Our delivery costs are included, and there are no extra costs at delivery. 

UPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our English warehouse. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

International Shipping

Our team is working diligently to ship YRMOS products internationally for spring 2023. Please inform us at maison@yrmos.com where you live to help prioritise our rollout.

 

 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes. We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

 

 

Damaged box 

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship order. Please also contact us at maison@yrmos.com.

Payment

YRMOS accepts Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, JCB, Paypal, Apple Pay and Android Pay.

 

Pre ordered items

We collect full payment for all items purchased on preorder at the time you place the order.

 

Tax information

Purchasing on YRMOS is reserved for end consumers. Our prices are inclusive of VAT. You will not need to pay any duties and taxes owed to local authorities.

For each order, YRMOS issues an invoice; the document will be sent as an attachment in the Shipping Confirmation email. Please note: once the order has been confirmed, there is no way to modify the details you have entered, and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.

 

Secure payment

On YRMOS, every purchase is made with maximum security with to the use of secure servers and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the "https" and URL prefix and the lock symbol in the browser's address bar.

To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. As an additional safety measure, you may be asked by your credit card provider to authorise payment by entering a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method.

Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction, and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

The Restore Silk™ 

Well-being meets Luxe. This naturally thermoregulating fabric is what your hair and skin need. It’s 100% machine washable.

 

Wash in cold water

While our silk is washable, it’s still a delicate fabric. Place in a mesh washing bag to protect it while in the washing machine and wash with cold water.

 

Don’t mix fabrics

Always wash with similar fabrics (like cotton and other softer materials) or wash separately. Avoid jeans, heavy towels, or items with hooks/clasps/zippers that could catch on your garments and damage them.

 

Wash with delicates

Select the delicate cycle on your washing machine and make sure the water temperature is cold and the spin is low.

Lay the item flat in its natural shape on a drying rack. Please do not hang dry, this may cause the item to stretch or become misshapen.

 

Reduce wrinkles

Place your garment in the bathroom while taking a steamy shower or use a steamer.

The Restore Silk™ uses plant-based approved dyes. YRMOS is committed to have the lowest possible impact on people and the environment, including the elimination of harmful chemicals used in the dye and wash process.

To remove dust or light stains, brush suede gently in the direction of the grain with a rubber or soft bristle brush.
