Payment

YRMOS accepts Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Android Pay and Shopify Pay. For each order, YRMOS issues an invoice; the document will be sent as an attachment in the Shipping Confirmation email.

On YRMOS, every purchase is made with maximum security with to the use of secure servers and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the "https" and URL prefix and the lock symbol in the browser's address bar. To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. As an additional safety measure, you may be asked by your credit card provider to authorise payment by entering a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method. Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction, and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

We collect full payment for all items purchased on preorder at the time you place the order.

Purchasing on YRMOS is reserved for end consumers. Our prices are inclusive of VAT. You will not need to pay any duties and taxes owed to local authorities.

Shipping

YRMOS offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

UPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our English warehouse. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

YRMOS accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of the item's ship date, provided that all original tags are attached.

All orders are delivered in our sustainable and premium YRMOS branded packaging. Made in England.

Size guide & fit details

Fits true to head size. We advise to size down to the previous centimetre if your head measurement is between whole centimetres.

The Mana Fits

The YRMOS Mana offers two fits: 'Regular' (most popular) and 'Shorter' . The difference is the volume of the cap:

The shorter fit is trimmed to preserve short haircuts, wave patterns, clean buzz-cuts or shaven.
The regular fit is cut generously to layer over more hair volume and suitable for all hairstyles – braids, dread locks, cornrows, hawks, pompadours or high-tops.

How to measure

Measure the circumference of your head in centimetres.
Use a metric tape measure around your head. Alternatively, you can use a piece of string may which you can measure against a ruler or tape measure.
Position the tape measure or string so that it rests just above the brow at the front of the head, and approximately 1 cm above the top of the ears on each side.
